We have a Cash On Delivery option and all of the Ivrah products are delivered to your location free of cost.

We currently deliver to India only.

We have tied up with the best courier service to provide fast delivery and the delivery of products happens within 5-10 working days, depending on the area and state of your delivery address.

Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message of the order and when the shoe is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking details.

Please note that we do not ship internationally, at the moment.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You thought it should fit you, but it didn’t?

That shouldn’t be an issue, because we would happily exchange it for you. Please note that we don’t exchange for an entirely different article, but the same article with a different size if you have an issue with sizing.

You won’t be eligible to claim for an exchange if:

• If the shoe is worn and used.
• If the product is bought at a discounted price.

For the first exchange, the courier charges will be borne by us. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will send you the size that you have requested.  But if there is an issue again, you will have to bear the courier charges to exchange the footwear.

The exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of the product being delivered and not beyond that. And please make sure to pack it well so that it doesn’t get damaged while shipping. And if you have any questions you can get in touch with us.

REFUND POLICY

There won’t be any issue in the refund , after the order is  been cancelled we refund the amount in the account in next 7-10 working days.

How to take care of leather shoes:

Step 1- Don’t store your shoes in the boxes.
Step 2 - Invest into good shoe polishes.
Step 3 - Keep your shoes away from water.
Step 4 - Dampen and dry clean your shoes.
Step 5 - Condition your shoes every 3 to 6 months.
